This Program Analyst position is located within the World Class Athlete Program Branch of MWR HQ.
The Duty Station for this position is located at Fort Sam Houston, TX. You will be expected to physically reside within commuting distance of Fort Sam Houston, TX if selected. Telework is not guaranteed, however you may be eligible based on current agency policy.

Qualifications
Professional and practical knowledge of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (FMWR) programs with an emphasis on Army level Sports.
Professional experience organizing and providing administrative support to a well-rounded sports program.
Possess knowledge of budget execution phases (e.g., obligations, commitments, disbursements, unobligated balances, personnel systems).
All Qualified applicants will be rated against the highly qualifying criteria by a rating panel for evaluation of the quality and extent of your total accomplishments, experience and education. Those applicants determined to be highly qualified will be referred to the hiring official for consideration. The highly qualified candidates may undergo an interview and reference checks.
All answers to the Highly Qualifying Criteria must be demonstrated in your resume to get credit.
Knowledge of the Nonappropriated fund (NAF) accounting system.
Demonstrated knowledge of the World Class Athlete Program.
Knowledge and experience working various personnel systems and processing administrative actions.
Education
Education is not required for this position and will not be utilized in determining minimum qualifications or as a substitution for experience unless indicated in the vacancy.
