Our team will collaborate on strategic business and technology programs by partnering with the development, infrastructure, line of business experts, and project teams. Our team is responsible for project delivery by establishing project milestones and governance structures throughout the project lifecycle: initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing. You must have valid US work authorization and must physically reside around the posted city, within a 50-mile commute. We are unable to support relocation costs. Primary Responsibilities: • Lead Program Initiatives in supporting the execution of project tasks and deliverables. • Lead working groups, workshops, and stakeholder meetings to understand business requirements and support project planning. • Coordinate and track internal and external dependencies across initiatives with Risk Managers, Product Owners, Front Office, Product Control, and Technology teams. • Learn and apply subject matter knowledge by supporting guidance, support, and feedback on business initiatives to ensure alignment with project goals. • Help socialize target state tools, processes, and controls, and assist in obtaining approval from relevant governance forums. • Identify issues and escalate risks or challenges to the project team in a timely manner by engaging with relevant stakeholders and senior management. • Support the preparation of project update materials and reports for various meetings and forums. • Build effective relationships with team members and stakeholders to facilitate smooth execution of programs. Skills Required: • Deep understanding of project/program management principles and experience in delivering solutions in a financial environment. • 7+ years of relevant industry experience preferred. • Exposure to Front Office/COO/Finance Transformation projects is a plus. • Ability to assist in scoping and prioritizing project tasks under guidance. • Strong communication skills—able to articulate ideas clearly and professionally. • Understanding of performance tracking mechanisms. • Willingness to learn and adapt within a global organization, understanding different perspectives. • Demonstrates curiosity and problem-solving skills. • Experience with Regulatory-related projects is advantageous. • Bachelor’s/University degree required. • Certification such as PMP is a plus but not mandatory. Candidate should have: • Experience with Markets products, front office initiatives, and business-led implementations. • Solid understanding of Capital/RWAs and their importance for business decision-making. • Familiarity with data, modeling initiatives, and risk considerations. • Ability to assist in managing projects from initiation to closure with guidance. • Comfort discussing issues with senior stakeholders and providing clear summaries. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, education, level of experience, and knowledge.
