Job Description:

As a Program Finance Analyst, you will support programs in our Agile Development Group Division. You will be responsible for all aspects of Program Finance for a set of contracts. This position performs analyses related to programs including profitability, cash flow, forecasts, Earned Value, and quarterly EACs. The Agile Development Group specializes in developing disruptive, next-generation technologies for advanced Unmanned Air Systems (UAS / UAV), advanced radar systems, next-generation weapon systems, and other RF sensor technologies using small company agility and big company experience.

Essential Functions:

• Support Earned Value Management, baseline, and estimate to complete changes• Coordinate with Program Managers and Finance leadership to submit accurate quarterly EACs• Support internal and external customer financial reporting• Support monthly revenue, profit, and cash forecasting including variance analysis• Support cost control to achieve financial targets and drive cash flow• Assess and quantify business risks and opportunities associated with orders, sales, profit, and cash

Qualifications:

• Current Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain a Secret Clearance within 12 months of employment

• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience; Or, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVMS)• 2+ Years of experience using Excel (pivot tables, lookups, SUMIFs)

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Experience with cost/schedule development, budgeting, Excel spreadsheets, customer/management reporting, and forecasting• Experience with financial forecasting best practices• Process improvement oriented, ability to identify and implement ideas
