Program Manager

What we're looking for:

• 4-6 years of experience in an operations or project/program management role, or equivalent relevant experience
• A strong track record of delivering multiple complex and high-priority projects simultaneously within a high growth technology organization, engaging cross-functional stakeholders across the organization at all levels
• Expert problem solving capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to consider context and goals before deciding on the best course of action
• Experience building strong relationships with team members/internal partners and is highly functional in a dynamic environment, with the ability to navigate through ambiguity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong business acumen, general understanding of the basic operations and tracking of the business
• Proven experience setting expectations for major cross-functional initiatives and eliciting high-level requirements from both business and technical stakeholders; ability to translate those into detailed, prioritized, actionable project plans with clear milestones and tasks
• Experience executing company-wide initiatives and programs, which involves: defining project plans, coordinating resources, managing implementation activities and developing all processes associated with program rollout and ongoing support

• Plan and manage programs across the organization, consisting of multiple complex projects
• Drive conversations and the delivery of project work throughout the business 
• Consider success measures tied to the organizational goals and how you will help partners track them
• Lead project and program meetings/working sessions, and successfully manage the execution of work across multiple virtual cross-functional teams
• Provide frameworks through which any new programs/improvement objectives can be delivered, and continue to monitor success of these programs across the organization
• Hold teams accountable to project timelines and provide consistent reporting to leadership
• Identify and clear roadblocks for teams in partnership with other stakeholders
