Role summary:

Working with a prestigious technology client as part of the Client Services Department, you play a central role in the business and are pivotal to the smooth running of your account(s). The Senior Program Manager will supervise the briefing, preparation and output of content to showcase some of the worlds best creative talent in an innovative live events program. You will be required to have a thorough understanding of all areas of the business and be responsible for managing projects from brief to final delivery on time and budget. You will be client focused and require good communication, organisation and time management skills to manage both your clients and internal departments, while always focusing on quality, process and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day to day contact for agency/ client stakeholders and Hogarth internal departments 
  • Coordination between Project/ Transcreation Management, Hogarth, client and agencies 
  • Handle all aspects of client campaigns from planning through to delivery maintaining and owning project resourcing including project assignments, capacity and change management
  • Workflow oversight and process development; collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Must possess exceptional organisation, time management, excellent verbal/written communication skills, interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize
  • Line management within wider PM team
  • Proven ability to build relations and work effectively with many stakeholders and cultivate strong working relationships 
  • Demonstrate clear understanding of the brand, maintain expert-level familiarity with program content
  • A keen eye for detail, continuous improvement and increased efficiency. 
  • Ensure all work is produced to the highest quality standards, highlighting and escalating any quality control issues
  • Ability to make sound decisions, think strategically, problem-solve and multitask
  • Distribute contact reports and agendas 
  • Manage agreed budgets and administration 
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates against the Rate Card for AD approval 
  • Assist with financial reporting and smooth running of the finance function
  • Lead by example and maintain a positive team culture
  • Ability to work with global teams and adapt to cultural nuance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 6 years' solid project management experience in a similar capacity
  • Experience of working in a TV, print, or digital production role essential 
  • High level of IT literacy, including usage of spreadsheets 
  • Excellent communication skills to different target groups within the project team, management and clients
  • Prioritisation, time management and attention to detail 
  • Resilience and ability to work under pressure 
  • Fluent oral and written English essential, other languages desirable 
  • Strong interpersonal skills 
  • Highly organised, detail oriented, customer focused, proactive and possess excellent communication skills with a clear understanding of international brand challenges 
  • Experience managing and servicing international accounts in 5+ markets with multiple stakeholders desirable
  • Ensure understanding of the contractual obligations, commercial arrangements and SLAs of the accounts and ensure specific details are understood by the wider team where relevant
