Responsibilities: β€’ Customer facing contact for new projects β€’ Set-up program elements; deploy engineering BOMs into the subassemblies required to build prototypes, test racks, and pre-production racks β€’ Work with our Supply Chain Managers to release work orders and own those work orders until they are completed by Engineering and Manufacturing β€’ Review Agile information; Initiate and Track Change Requests and Change Orders β€’ Initiate Engineering Investigation and Change Orders; Track Tickets in JIRA and CloudSolv from Open through Resolution β€’ Coordinate movement of servers and racks internally to complete engineering tests and qualification deliverables β€’ Arrange for shipment of pre-production components, servers, and racks β€’ Communicate status to Customer, Sales, Field Sales Engineers, and Management Qualifications: β€’ Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or business β€’ 2-5+ years of program or product management or related experience β€’ 2-5+ years of experience in the electronics industry β€’ Ability to work cross-functionally with customer, sales, engineering, manufacturing, and warehouse personnel β€’ Solid project management skills, including the ability to multi-task. β€’ Familiarity with industry and market best practices. β€’ Be able to demonstrate computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) β€’ Business communication skills, particularly facilitation, negotiation and presentation skills. β€’ Occasional Travel may be required.
