Program Manager

Our client, a leading organization in customer experience strategy, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Customer Experience Strategy and Insights team supporting the Senior Director. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization. Program Manager Remote 18 Month Contract What's the Job? • Support the Senior Director of CX Strategy and Insights team by owning scheduling, prioritization, coordination, and preparation for all their executive meetings and speaking engagements. • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather and prepare content for the leader for her upcoming presentations. • Develop, own, and execute a Training and Development plan for the leader’s direct reports. • Develop budget tracking and management processes to ensure allocations are made within assigned limits. • Own submission of all expenses and reimbursements on behalf of the assigned leader in the financial systems. What's Needed? • Proven experience in program management or a related field. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Experience in budget management and financial tracking. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
