SUMMARY:

Heritage Auctions is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Program Manager with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI) to collaborate closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams to assist in driving AI initiatives and training employees within the organization. The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in driving the planning, execution, and delivery of AI projects, ensuring they align with the organization's strategic goals and adhere to industry best practices. This position is at the nexus of technical innovation and business strategy and is instrumental in propelling our organization into a data-driven future. This role requires a foundational understanding of AI technologies, including prompt engineering and Language Model Learning (LLM), and a willingness to learn and adapt to new AI and LCNC tools and methodologies as they emerge.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support senior project managers in the execution of AI projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and existing project roadmaps.
  • Assist in identifying, designing, and implementing AI use cases that add value to the organization under the guidance of senior project managers.
  • Collaborate in providing training and guidance on AI capabilities to a growing user base within the organization.
  • Engage in continuous learning and adaptation to optimize AI utilization and outcomes.
  • Contribute to maintaining a comprehensive understanding of available AI tools and technologies.
  • Assist in ensuring the smooth integration of AI projects with LCNC platforms.
  • Support in monitoring and reporting on AI project performance.
  • Contribute to establishing and maintaining a robust AI project documentation and knowledge-sharing framework.
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders, end-users, and team members to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular program reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and future plans.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of AI technologies and willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Familiarity with LCNC platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work under the guidance of senior project managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record in managing and delivering large-scale programs, preferably within the AI or tech sector.
  • Experience in overseeing AI projects from inception to completion, including dealing with technical challenges.
  • PMI CAPM Certification is a plus
  • Lean Six Sigma Certifications are a plus
