  • Manage the backlog and prioritize work for the execution of new configuration requests, optimization initiatives, and other related tasks.
  • Be the voice of our members, staff, and providers by thoroughly understanding their needs through user research and usability testing.
  • Leverage user feedback to drive better decision-making and meaningful outcomes for the business.
  • Streamline tier 2 support tickets by empowering tier 1 support with operationalized tasks.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes related to athenaNet usage and access.
  • Provide consultative expertise for integration projects between athenaNet and our proprietary technology platform.
  • Support the configuration of new market rollouts and provider additions/changes in athenaNet and our revenue cycle management solution.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Program Manager, with a strong understanding of athenaNet (athenaClinicals) and Athenahealth's revenue cycle management solution.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Technical expertise and creative thinking capabilities to plan and strategize new process rollouts.
  • Proficiency in managing ticketing systems such as Jira and Monday.com.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to partner with external vendors for issue resolution.
  • A passion for improving healthcare processes and enhancing the provider experience.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage backlogs, prioritize work, and drive execution.
  • User-focused mindset with experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Ability to support integration projects and coordinate specific needs with external representatives.
  • Proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Strong understanding of medical workflows
  • Experience in the SUD and/or Behavioral Health field
