• General understanding of corresponding team members' roles and responsibilities.
• Small group communication.
• Presentation and Public Speaking skills.
• Dedicated onsite Project Manager that works with 4 other technical resources and represents client's team at site.
• Team Lead will need to organize, strategize and communication all key risks, accomplishments, and plans.
