Program Manager III, Planning and Operations, Google Cloud

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience leading software engineering or product development programs.

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  
• Experience in Technical products with Infrastructure, Cloud, Enterprise/B2B Businesses.
• Experience influencing stakeholders on cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, People Operations, Corporate Engineering, etc.).
• Experience in Operations or Management Consulting.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Collaborate across ML, Systems, and Cloud AI PMO, working with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders in Engineering, Finance, and Product/Strategy Operations teams to drive Annual and Semester Planning processes/deliverables.
• Drive improvements to product development, planning, and operational processes to enable program execution speed and efficiency, and drive adoption across the organization.
• Manage cross-functional programs and initiatives, including prioritizing deliverables, setting deadlines, monitoring execution, and managing program risks.
• Develop operational tools, reports, and dashboards for monitoring program prioritization, execution, and resource management.
• Develop and publish regular program execution updates, dashboards, readouts, newsletters and other communications to leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
