The role you'll contribute:
This position works in close partnership with the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) to execute their strategic priorities and provide high-level organizational support. Responsibilities include project management, ensuring clear internal and external communication channels, conducting research and analysis to inform decision-making, and directly leading any support staff assigned to the CIO. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and proactive individual with a demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and navigate cross-functional collaboration.

Provide program leadership:
• Collaborate with the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) to understand their priorities and translate them into actionable plans and initiatives.
• Proactively manage the CIO's calendar and requests to optimize their time.
• Oversee the performance of any support staff assigned to the CIO.
Manage projects:
• Ensure that project goals and objectives are aligned with the CIO's priorities.
• Track progress on key metrics and report regularly to the CIO on performance and potential roadblocks.
• Manage project agendas and ensure that strategic topics are addressed in alignment with project timelines.
Facilitate communication:
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, streamlining communication and information flow.
• Represent the CIO in select meetings and provide summaries of key takeaways.
• Develop and manage communication strategies for the CIO.
Analyze and advise:
• Conduct research and analysis to prepare briefing materials and presentations for the CIO.
• Identify and assess risks and issues, propose mitigation strategies, and keep the CIO informed.
• Work with senior leaders to develop proposals and analyze the potential impact of different options.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed :
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, public policy, or related field (master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a fast-paced program management or executive support role within a complex organizational setting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and efficiently, exceeding expectations in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills, with the ability to tailor presentations and communications to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and anticipate potential challenges.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications :
• Experience in strategic planning.
• Experience in mentoring project managers or in healthcare operations
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Lean/Six Sigma Certification
• Change Management (Prosci) certification.
