Program Manager (Technical)

GCyber is seeking an enthusiastic Program Manager to support a mission critical DoD environment. In this role you'll lead a skilled technical team, foster strong customer relationships, and ensure program success through innovative solutions and collaboration. 
 *Due to the classification and nature of the work performed, this position will be full-time at the Government location.
As the Program Manager, you will:

• Be the primary point of contact for customer leadership, ensuring open communication and alignment with mission goals.
• Drive program success by managing technical, operational, and financial performance.
• Lead a team of talented professionals, promoting technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Oversee program deliverables, including network operations, infrastructure support, and resource planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program execution.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• An experienced leader with a DoD TS/SCI clearance and a BA/BS degree (or equivalent).
• A certified professional with a PMP, DoD 8570 IAT II, and ideally, a CCNP.
• A proven track record in program management, with 5+ years in a DoD environment and 10+ years of IT experience.
• A strong background in network administration and operational management.
