Job Description
Summary
The position is located in the Training Management Branch, Maintenance Support Division, Office of Facility Management, Operations Directorate, Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO/OPS/FAC/MS). You will serve as a Program Specialist responsible for planning, researching, analyzing, communicating, and serving as liaison for worldwide operations and maintenance training within the Office and for all Department of State (DOS) embassies and consulates.

Qualifications
Applicants must meet all the qualification requirements described below by the closing date of this announcement.
Applicants must have 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in the Federal service which provided the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties of the position. Qualifying specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
- Experience developing and monitoring a training program related to facilities management.
- Experience planning subject-focused studies for training programs.
- Experience providing guidance on program/project management and evaluation for contracted work.
There is no substitute of education for specialized experience for the GS-14 position.
