We are seeking to hire candidates for our Program Specialist (9271).

Salary Range: $79,534.00-$99,424.00
OVERALL DESCRIPTION
Responsible for planning, designing, implementation, and monitoring of Authority-wide learning and development projects and initiatives.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversees the implementation, maintenance, and administration of program deliverables.
• Collaborates with the department leadership team to ensure all phases of the program are implemented.
• Monitors all program activities, tracks participant progress throughout and ensures appropriate cohort assignments
• Socializes educational programs, reserves classrooms, confirms participants, and registers students using a Learning Management System.
• Oversees program logistics, scheduling, tracking and material sourcing.
• Liaison to subject matter experts (SMEs) and Instructional Designers on the topics of content curation, design, and implementation.
• Supports all change requests associated with the programs.
• Works closely with department lead to ensure program compliance and guideline adherence.
• Establishes and analyzes appropriate measurement criteria for ensuring the effectiveness of learning and development programs.
• Manages program effectiveness, reporting, and socialization.
• Determines protocol for regular evaluation and revision of existing training programs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field with five (5) years of related experience in Adult Learning and Organizational Behavior, including assessing, designing, developing, facilitating/training, and evaluating Learning and Development programs required
• Master's Degree in Education or related field with two (2) years of related experience
• Ability to work independently and build relationships at all employee levels.
• Strong planning, scheduling and administrative skills required
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
