Program Support Analyst

Summary The Program Support Analyst provides high-quality customer service to staff, clients, and families while supporting management in achieving utilization and revenue goals. This role involves administrative support, client intake coordination, data analysis, and process improvement. The position is based in Imperial Valley and runs Sunday through Thursday. Responsibilities • Respond to phone calls, emails, and inquiries from staff, clients, and families. • Complete new client intakes and match clients with appropriate staff. • Support hiring processes: review applications, assist with interviews, process timesheets. • Maintain accurate client and employee data in the respite database. • Monitor compliance with program policies and ensure data integrity. • Assist with employee training on timekeeping, client care, and software tools. • Generate reports and analyze data using Microsoft Excel. • Participate in community outreach and program promotion efforts. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed. Qualifications • Associate degree in Business, Communications, or related field. • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; experience in social services a plus. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. • Strong organizational and analytical skills; detail-oriented. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); Salesforce and Paycom experience preferred. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Must be 18+, with a valid CA driver’s license, clean driving record, and current auto insurance. • Must pass DOJ background check. • Able to lift up to 10 lbs and perform duties in both office and home settings.
