Je verantwoordelijkheden

Als Programma Adviseur ben je het contactpunt voor huidige en toekomstige studenten, vanaf het moment dat ze een aanvraag voor informatie doen, tot de terugkeer van hun reis. Deze functie is een combinatie van Sales en Customer Service - face-to-face, via de telefoon en online. Ook zal je branding momenten organiseren en EF representeren op fairs, evenementen en informatie bijeenkomsten voor ouders en studenten.

Jouw missie?

Als onderdeel van ons sales team neem je volledige eigenaarschap voor jouw sales aan de particuliere klant. Je behaalt je doelen en vergroot je markt.

Wie zoeken we?

• Nederlands is jouw moedertaal en je hebt minimaal een B2 Engels niveau. 
• Je bent ambitieus, gedreven en hebt een pro-actieve houding
• Je hebt je eigen droom werkelijkheid gemaakt door ver te reizen, in het buitenland te wonen of een buitenlandstage te doen
• Je houdt ervan om successen te vieren samen met het team
• Eerdere werkervaring is een pre, ervaring met sales is een plus.
• Deze positie is gebaseerd in Amsterdam, dus gelieve alleen te solliciteren als je in Amsterdam wilt werken.
