Programming and Setup Machinist

We are a ISO 9001:2015 certified company and are looking to add a Journeyman CNC Programmer and Machinist to our team. Core Responsibilities: • Lead Programmer for CNC Mill and Horizontal machining centers • Perform machine set-up and initial proofing out of programs • Create fixture layouts and predesign planning • Work directly with Operations Manager to execute timely build schedules • Able to work with short run prototype parts and long run production parts Required Qualifications: • 5+ years experience in machining industry a setup operator • 5+ years experience programming using Fushion 360, Solidworks, and/or CamWorks. Candidate will be required to demonstrate competency. Skills and Abilities: • Self starter and able to work independently with little supervision • Familiar with high speed machining principles • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills that allow individual to work well in a team environment.
