Job Summary
Programs Specialists work behind the scenes to build and maintain our sponsorship programs to run efficiently and smoothly by using our database platforms, and serving our sponsored players by assisting them with questions and orders.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining multiple databases and keeping accurate records.
- Managing over 500 Player’s sponsorships accounts.
- Creating contracts in PandaDoc for renewal and new players.
- Using Low-code Apps to send out monthly renewal forms, and adding Player’s credits.
- Analyzing reimbursement requests to determine payment according to contracts.
- Placing orders on our B2B portal, and through our low-code App for Player’s kits.
- Answering emails and tickets in Zendesk regarding Player’s accounts.
- Work closely with Programs Manager and owner to ensure that contracts are correct, and database is updated, and there is no lapse in sponsorship.
- Updating Player's Accounts with new addresses and contact information.Â
- Removing Players accounts across all systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum 40 WPM typing speed
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly and concisely convey information to a variety of audiences.
- Takes ownership and accountability for your work while keeping your team in the loop & collaborating
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Tech-savvy and able to learn new software & tools quickly
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment and to learn new concepts quickly.
- Focused and results oriented personality.
- Never willing to just do the bare minimum.

- Understanding of how Zapier works, and how to maintain zaps.
- Building jotforms with conditional logic.

- Organized, and able to work with deadlines, and multiple projects.
- Understanding of Airtable, spreadsheets and databases.
- Self motivated to keep records accurate and up to date.
Job details
- Compensation: $21.00 starting pay
- Full-Time
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:30am-5pm, Friday 8am-12pm (Pacific Timezone)
