Project Accountant

KEITH is looking for a Project Accountant to join our team in our Corporate Office in Pompano Beach, FL. We are looking for positive individuals to fit our energetic culture. What you'll do:

• Monitor project costs/performance
• Review costs/draft invoices with Project Managers
• Prepare project invoices monthly
• Follow up with clients regarding Accounts Receivable
• Assist with FDOT Audit Packages when needed
• Assist with setting up and maintain project records in both Deltek Vantagepoint and KEITH Network. 
• Assist Project Managers with proposal and contract preparation and QA/QC, prepare and monitor subconsultant agreements
• Additional Accounting Assistance as needed

What you'll need:

• Experience with project accounting software; Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint is preferred
• Experience in the A/E/C industry preferred (Architecture, Engineering, Construction)
• Experience with billing preferred, FDOT billing a plus
• Ability to work independently
