Project Accountant

*This role can work in the Seattle or Bellingham office! This mid-large construction company is looking for a highly capable Project Accountant with experience working commercial construction projects of $20 million+. This Project Accountant will work on a team, but have a high degree of ownership of its jobs. Tasks will include preparing monthly contract billings, contract review to ensure accuracy of job cost transactions and billings, lien waver review and management, working closely with Project Management and customers, substantiations, and assisting with audit requests and other such duties. Candidates must have at least 2 years of construction Project Accounting and 4+ total years of accounting on an ERP system.
