Project Administrator

PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR Commerce, CA Temporary-Three Month Assignment $28.10- $37.47 per hour (Commensurate with Experience) Monday thru Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Industrial Fabricator is looking for Temporary Project Administrator Job Duties: Manage day to day interaction with internal and external customers - Ensure internal/external customers are responded to timely - Task and detail oriented - Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills Provide customer and PM support - Production tracking for standard orders and quality complaints - Maintain SOV, M2M, & backlog - Create simple change orders for Fabrication PM manager and submit PM estimating requests as required Coordinate requests with order processing and shipping - Coordinate QC, shipment of orders and documents with Shipping department Establish and track project milestones and update project schedules in backlog for projects as assigned – Assist PM as assigned for VIP projects Communicate difficult/sensitive information to project manager assigned Skills and Requirements: Microsoft Excel Microsoft Outlook Smartsheets Microsoft Teams Minimum three years Project Management experience (Preferably in a Manufacturing Environment) Drug Screening Required Elite Staffing has been providing superior service for both our clients and the workers we represent since 1991.
