Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role you will:

Provide program support to the IDIQ centered on financials and scheduling to the subordinate Task Orders and report to the Program Manager

• Develop and maintain program budgets financial forecasts and performance metrics in accordance with government regulations and contract requirements

• Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support program management decision-making

• Prepare and submit financial reports and deliverables in accordance with contract requirements

• Monitor program performance against financial targets and identify potential risks and opportunities

• Work closely with the program management team to develop and implement program control strategies and processes

• Review and analyze program financial data to identify trends issues and opportunities for improvement

• Participate in contract negotiations and provide financial expertise to support program proposals

• Coordinate with other functional areas such as contracts accounting and operations to

• ensure program financials are accurate and up-to-date

• Develop and maintain program schedules using scheduling software such as Microsoft Project

• Ensure that program schedules are aligned with program goals and objectives and meet government and contractual requirements

• Work closely with program management and technical staff to identify and mitigate schedule risks and issues

• Analyze schedule data and provide regular reports to program management including status reports critical path analysis and trend analysis

• Participate in program reviews and provide schedule analysis to support decision-making

• Ensure that program schedules are updated and accurate and that changes are properly documented and communicated

• Collaborate with other functional areas such as contracts finance and operations to ensure that program schedules are integrated with other program management processes

• Other administrative duties to support efficient execution of the IDIQ as assigned by the Program Manager or Technical Lead

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in finance accounting business administration or related field

• 0-5 years of experience in program control and finance within a government contracting environment

• Knowledge of government contracting regulations including FAR and DFARS

• Ability to interpret and apply financial data to support decision-making

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• ​​​​​​​ Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel PowerPoint and Project

• Ability to analyze schedule data and provide accurate and timely reports

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• 2 years of experience or more.
• Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams understand information requirements and deliver accordingly
• Active TS/SCI w/ ability to obtain CI Poly
