Project Coordinator

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands how to expedite projects, and brings strong organizational and communication skills to the table. Responsibilities: • Coordinate permitting processes with local agencies to ensure timely approvals • Manage job schedules, subcontractor coordination, and field communications • Draft and negotiate contracts, track change orders, and maintain project documentation • Prepare billing statements, pay applications, and support financial reporting • Communicate professionally via email with clients, engineers, vendors, and internal teams • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve scheduling or permitting delays • Support compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards Qualifications: • Prior experience in civil construction and/or septic installation coordination • Strong understanding of permitting workflows and how to expedite approvals • Familiarity with scheduling software and project management tools • Experience with contract negotiation, billing, and pay application processes • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including email etiquette • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities • Team player with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset What We Offer: • Competitive compensation based on experience • Opportunities for growth within a dynamic and expanding company • Supportive team culture that values initiative and collaboration • Exposure to diverse projects across Northeast Florida Job Type: Full-time Pay: $47,485.39 - $75,000.00 per year Ability to Commute: • Jacksonville, FL 32219 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • Jacksonville, FL 32219: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
