Job Description Coordinates/Administrates within the local market: • Warehouse Management • Shipping • Receiving • Inventory • Re-Use of materials • Material Orders, Logistics and Verification • Scheduling Manpower under the direction of the Sr PM. • Project launch, certification, and as-built documents • Close Out Documentations • Customer Invoicing • Weekly Updates & Reports • Asset Tracking • Asset Certification • Vehicle Maintenance Reports • Technician Payroll • Inventory Control- with focus on re-use of materials. Job hours are 8:00am – 5:00pm with one hour for lunch. This is an office-based position and does not include any on-the-job driving of either a personal vehicle or a company vehicle. Job Requirements Experience: 2 years field training in voice or data systems or EE degree Education: High school + AA Degree or higher Skill-sets: Computer – Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook Pay Scale is $22-28/hr. based on experience We also offer benefits including Medical, Dental, Vison, PTO, Paid Holidays and 401K PI276127821
