Project Coordinator (REMOTE-US)

COMPENSATION: $21-$29 per hour. You are eligible to a Short-Term Incentive Plan with the target at 3% of your annual earnings, terms and conditions apply.

JOB OVERVIEW:

This position is responsible for coordinating custom collaboration projects brought to Ambry through business development, clinical collaborations, or other custom business opportunities. Responsibilities include documenting project initiation through closing, communication with internal and external stakeholders, and monitoring project and sample progress throughout life cycle of project. This position provides support to all pharma projects through RaMP (i.e. genomics custom, Ambry germline CLIA, pathology, and data sales) that run through the RaMP and Ambry clinical operational teams for successful processing of samples.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Oversee project coordination for genomics, pathology, and data projects
2. Assist in scoping opportunities and workflow impact analysis for new collaboration opportunities
3. Support interdepartmental coordination of sample receipt through reporting
4. Ensure chain of custody of sample and data is validated and working as intended
5. Collation and storage of documentation records

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's degree in science preferred

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:

• Ability to learn Ambry's internal systems
• Ability to execute updates accurately with low margin of error
• Organizational skills required
• Ability to work well across cross-functional teams
• Good communication skills required

EXPERIENCE:

• Previous work or volunteer experience preferred with positive recommendations

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
