Your daily work 

• Lead innovative projects.

  You will lead and manage multiple international teams of agile and cross-functional developers providing clear direction, guidance, and support throughout the project lifecycle.

  Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and ensure adherence to the project plan. Proactively identify and address deviations, recommend corrective actions as needed. 

• Handle business objectives.
  Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables, and develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimation.

  Conduct regular reviews, provide frequent feedback, and ensure that all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.

  Analyze client requirements, prioritize and document them, and ensure effective communication of requirements to the developing team.
