The position reports to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and sits within the broader Talent, Culture, and HRIS centre of excellence. Your primary objective will be to spot opportunities, design, drive and coordinate key talent acquisition programs globally. These will be focused on ensuring we are attracting the right talent, leveraging the right tools and technologies, and using the right practices. You will also interface with and partner with the broader talent team to ensure a coherent and joined up approach and strategy. Key Responsibilities
- Spot opportunities, scope out projects, lead, embed and drive talent acquisition programs globally that support the TA strategy. These can cover any part of the TA process (employer branding, recruitment process, pre-boarding and on-boarding)
- Project manage the cascade of new/enhanced initiatives and monitor their progress to ensure successful implementation and business results
- Lead the Talent Acquisition Collaboration Network - our network of HR professionals across the globe who partner to create relevant TA tools and solutions for the business, cascade information, and provide continuous feedback
- Manage day to day relationship with outsourced recruitment delivery teams.
- Manage relationships and with key providers (e.g., LinkedIn, executive search firms, job boards) to ensure we are making the most out of these partnerships, while maintaining the system and licences as required.
- Manage BorgWarner's recruitment technologies, partnering with the business for improvement opportunities and data analytics.
- Provide updates and presentations to the Talent Directors regarding progress against the TA strategy, when required.
- Partner with the broader Talent, Culture and HRIS team on key programs that require TA input. Ensure that you are "joining the dots".
- Partner with the HR function, communications/marketing team and business as needed to drive and deliver key programs
What we're looking for
- You are a natural partner and influencer, you are connected and build relationships easily and you know how to navigate complex matrix structures - we operate in a decentralized business, so this is extremely important.
- You have experience in project/program management and know how to scope, lead and drive initiatives in an environment going through change. Experience with change management is a plus.
- You will have experience across the full lifecycle of Talent Acquisition, from branding to onboarding, a broad understanding of HR, Talent and Reward. You will also have natural curiosity about the tools and technologies that could enhance our offering internally and externally.
- You can demonstrate the skills and experiences that will help you succeed in this position.
- You have a global mindset, spot opportunities and "join the dots" across teams, locations, people, and functions.
