  • Supporting project management for retrospective medical data collection studies in the field of health care research in Oncology
  • Online desk research for specialists, particularly in European countries
  • Recruitment and management of participants in medical data collection surveys
  • Supporting project management in communication (written and spoken) with survey participants
  • Maintenance of inhouse databases, project websites (following extensive onboarding)
  • Preparation of project interim report and documentation updates (based on a template)
  • Support in setting up electronic questionnaires /documentation forms
  • Close cooperation with the senior project manager and data management team

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Completed Bachelor's degree (preferably in a natural science) or comparable other education in combination with work experience (e.g. MTA, medical documentation)
  • Possibly you have professional experience in the medical environment, you are already familiar with operational planning and implementation of projects, but this is not a prerequisite
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially in Word and ExcelVery good written and spoken German and English skills
  • You convince through very structured work and a high degree of initiative, as well as a solution-oriented approach
  • Team spirit, flexibility, and excellent communication required
