What will you do

Join our dynamic team at Johnson Controls to lead the development and delivery of training initiatives for our fast-paced EMEALA Installation business. You will work to support our Installation teams creating & delivering a combination of Project Management, Tools & Process training, as well as acting Program Lead for the delivery of global initiatives supporting the EMEALA Installation business, for the fast-paced Johnson Controls.Β 

You will have a passion for learning and all things technical and will be able to take that passion to help build Project Management Capabilities in our EMEALA Install teams. You will also closely partner with other our global learning teams and serve as the Learning Partner to the EMEALA Installation Excellence VP. Your team will touch employees, distributors and customers. This position will require you to also come to the table prepared to lead and partner with the design and development team to define the best learning approaches, bringing problem-solving and hard work to everything you do

How will you do it

  • Participate in the development of the deliver impactful training programs to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the Design and Development Leader to ensure that the learning experience and content are useful and relevant for diverse learning audience(s)
  • Collaborate with global teams to align learning solutions with business priorities.
  • Lead the design and creation of engaging, technology-driven training content.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships to drive engagement and support.
  • Oversee learning timelines, risks, and deliverables across teams.
  • Foster a growth mindset, supporting career development within the team.

What We Look For:

Required:

  • Experience in project management with the focus on trainings Experienced Project Manager with PMI/PMBOK certification.
  • Passion for learning and technical expertise in project management.
  • Proven ability to manage global projects across diverse teams and timezones.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders (instructors, SMEs, vendors, etc.).

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant Project Management degree
  • PMI or PMBOK Certification
  • Experience in multinational organizations and cross-cultural environments.
  • Conversational proficiency in Spanish, German, French, Italian, or Dutch.
  • Familiarity with our products or related industries.
