SUMMARY:
The Project Management Coordinator may participate in the development, implementation and administration of programs and services related to Project Management. This position impacts the company’s ability to manage relationships with customers and execute effectively on our client commitments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide administrative support for the AGC Colorado Project Management team.
- Create and manage spreadsheets and data.
- Organize and facilitate customer meetings as well as provide output reports and meeting minutes as required.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
- Strong MS Office skills, especially with Excel, PowerPoint and Smartsheet.
- General understanding of Project Management.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and utilize discretion in sensitive matters.
- Strong documentation skills and a high standard of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional external and internal verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong accountability and follow-through skills.
- Ability to exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies.
- Ability to work with others to resolve highly complex issues.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to provide data based reports as well as recommendation for action based analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
CERTIFICATES/LICENSES/REGISTRATIONS:Â PMP or related certificate preferred.
COMPENSATION RANGE:Â
$59,760 - $82,170

Fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience levels, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Benefits available to Team Members include subsidized insurance for the Team Member and designated dependents (medical, vision, dental, life and disability), eligibility to participate in the AGC Biologics 401(k) plan (including a generous matching contribution from the company and immediate vesting), vacation, sick time, and parental leave.
Team Members are also eligible to receive a discretionary annual bonus commensurate to the level of the role. The payout is based on both the company’s performance and the Team Member’s performance.
