・100人月以上のプロジェクト管理経験があること。
・Project Management Professional(PMP)資格保有が望ましい。

・お客様やチームメンバーと責任感を持って対応し、深い信頼関係を築ける方。
・500人月以上のプロジェクト管理経験がある。
・ニアショア/オフショアを活用したプロジェクト管理経験がある。
