About FRASCA
FRASCA, a FlightSafety International company, designs and manufactures simulation technology and components that increase pilot safety. Based in Illinois, FRASCA consistently delivers exceptional quality products for flight academies, universities, and military organizations worldwide. FRASCA produces a range of high-fidelity, competitively priced fixed wing and rotary simulation equipment designed to prepare every pilot for real-world mission scenarios. Over 3000 FRASCA simulators have been delivered worldwide.
Purpose of Position
Advance company goals by managing projects in accordance with standard policies and procedures. Provide leadership to balance needs of various stakeholders, and ensure we deliver value.
Tasks and Responsibilities• Review contractual documents and discuss details with Sales, Contracts, and Management as needed to clarify goals.• Review, document, and distribute project requirements to all relevant departments.• Create and submit budget to Accounting and then monitor progress and provide updates throughout project.• Schedule project timeline and communicate details to all stakeholders, and provide regular status updates.• Manage stakeholder expectations to avoid surprises for Frasca or our customer.• Control the scope of the project.• Communicate to all internal and external stakeholders.• Manage all internal project checklists.• Manage risk by brainstorming with stakeholders, reviewing lessons learned from past projects, and developing a risk assessment.• Provide leadership on your projects that promotes teamwork, dedication, accountability, open and honest communication, and mutual respect amongst project team.• Support marketing and sales activities including proposal writing and estimating.• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree in Related Field
Minimum Experience
Five or more years in related field
