Position: Commercial Project Manager

As a Commercial Project Manager at Aeroseal LLC, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the installation of Aeroseal in commercial buildings. We are seeking a candidate with a robust understanding of commercial HVAC systems, excellent project management skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Job Responsibilities:

Specific duties will include:

• Collaborate with project teams to plan and execute all activities related to ductwork sealing in commercial buildings.
• Review contracts, drawings, and develop project schedules, submittals, billing, and final reports.
• Coordinate with customers to mobilize equipment, supplies, and all construction-related activities.
• Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Schedule site visits with foremen to review projects and proactively address potential issues.
• Maintain a high level of product and application knowledge to address customer inquiries.
• Develop long- and short-term plans, set milestones, and adhere to deadlines.
• Delegate tasks effectively and make informed decisions to drive project success.
• Serve as a point of contact for cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Communicate project status and updates to executives and stakeholders.
• Conduct quality control throughout project development and implement process improvements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.

Location:

This position is based onsite in Miamisburg, OH, with a 50% travel requirement to visit project sites.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in commercial HVAC or Energy Efficiency Project Management.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and ductwork components.
• BPI or equivalent certification in building sciences or indoor air quality preferred.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting HVAC mechanical drawings and construction contracts.
• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Procore.
• Excellent project management, presentation, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
