Project Manager

We are currently seeking a Project Manager to complete various projects and manage schedules and milestones in an efficient manner. This role will require the Project Manager to schedule, coordinate and implement projects in alignment with assigned deadlines. The successful candidate will be able to synthesize complex and technical ideas and is knowledgeable of business processes and procedures. Responsibilities: • Provide careful planning, creative problem solving, solid expectations management, and effective relationship development as PM. • Provide regular reporting to project stakeholders, track milestones and deliverables, escalate issues and risks and proactively take ownership for resolution. • Estimate work effort, timelines, skills, and quantity of resources required to successfully complete project deliverables; develop project plan incorporating all project variables. • Lead daily/weekly status meetings with team to assess progress against plan and resolve issues. • Co-ordinate with various partners and internal groups for Beta & Go-Live support. • Contribute to company growth through the creation and sharing of knowledge, lessons learned, and best practices based on project experiences. • Provide training and documentation Qualifications • PM experience on complex software products • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Computer Science or related field • Experience with Agile methodologies • Strong communication skills with the ability to drive project to completion on time and within budget. • Must be able to engage in technical discussions with clients and internal team about project requirements and challenges and drive resolution Job Type: Full-time Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Employee assistance program • Flexible schedule • Flexible spending account • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: Hybrid remote in Austin, TX 78701
