Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Project Director, you will create impact within our Project Management Capability. The primary function of Project Management in our business is to meet client requirements by overseeing the project process, managing the schedule, and ensuring that the work of our practitioners is delivered on time, within budget, and following both quality standards and client goals. Having a background in Project Management and can adapt and perform from the start quickly.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Identify and address potential project risks, creating contingency plans
• you will manage scope and change requests to avoid delays and cost overages
• Monitoring project performance, prepare reports, and address issues
• Embrace a culture of ownership, openness, teamwork and integrity.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Japanese
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in project management within a digital marketing environment.
• Lead different projects, from creative design and production, language services, paid media campaigns, data analytics, CRM and ad tech implementation
• Experience delivering digital marketing campaigns working with strategy, analytics, creative, tech and media teams
• Knowledge or certifications in platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, or any under Google Marketing Platform (GMP)
• Proficient in project management tools for timeline planning and project tracking (e.g. Asana, Smartsheets, JIRA, Wrike, and Microsoft Project)
• Experience managing projects using Agile methodologies could be advantageous (e.g. Kanban and Scrum)
• You will prioritise across several projects, managing time and resources according to each project delivery requirements on a daily or weekly basis.
