Project Manager

The main purpose of the Project Manager at Xsolla is to drive the successful delivery of key products—Xsolla Login, Xsolla Launcher, Publishing Platform, and Xsolla Cloud Gaming—by managing timelines, resources, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is central to ensuring product milestones are met, aligning team efforts across technical, design, product, and analyst teams, and optimizing processes to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. The Project Manager will proactively identify and mitigate project risks, maintain clear communication with stakeholders, and implement best practices for process improvements to ensure high-quality outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Xsolla’s product suite, including Login, Launcher, Publishing Platform, and Cloud Gaming.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among technical, design, product, and analyst teams to achieve project goals.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify potential project risks and devise effective mitigation strategies.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain transparent communication regarding project progress and changes.
• Provide regular status updates and performance reports to stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong expertise in project management methodologies, with skills in risk management and mitigation.
• Proven stakeholder management abilities and experience in process improvement.
• Knowledge of the gaming industry or digital product development processes.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is beneficial, with additional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) preferred.

GOOD TO HAVE

• Background in the gaming or tech industry is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of live operations or platform integration within gaming.
• Experience with cloud-based services or digital platform management would be advantageous.
