Role Summary:

Rhombus Energy Solutions is looking for a highly motivated Project Manager who will bring innovative ideas to advance customer service experience for DC fast chargers, energy storage systems, and charging infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct management of all New Commissioning projects, ensure they are delivered on time and in budget.

• Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project

• Learn and leverage internal ticketing system, create update, and maintain existing service request.

• Ensure Field Engineer have all the necessary information for service requests.

• Conduct project status meetings, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings

• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques

• Create and maintain all project documentation.

• Maintain communication with Field Engineers to set case priorities, share progress, and confirm / complete field work activity.

• Act as main Rhombus point of contact with customers on field issues.

• Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.

• 5+ years of project management and related experience

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

• Strong collaboration and communication (verbal and written) skills

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities

• Ability to successfully manage relationships with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP Certification.

• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices

• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

• Must be authorized to work in the United States

• Possession of a valid Driver's License

• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
