As a Project Manager at Pathways Management Group, you will: • Manage School Opening Projects: Take ownership of the successful execution of school openings, ensuring timelines are met and stakeholders are coordinated effectively. • Support School Initiatives: Contribute to policy research, outreach efforts, and other education-related projects that support our schools and align with our strong commitment to educational equity. • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with diverse teams, contributing your expertise to ensure seamless project execution and positive outcomes for students and communities. Location and Work Environment: Pathways Management Group is based in Pasadena, CA. While the majority of our team enjoys the flexibility of working from home, this role requires a commitment to spend 20-30 days per year at our corporate office for company events and professional development opportunities. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: • Knowledge of project management methods • Knowledge of education industry and charter school organizations • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills • Experience in people management, strategic planning, and change management • Ability to coordinate and manage time Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s or equivalent degree preferred. • 1-3 years of project management experience preferred. • Experience in a charter school or education organization preferred.
