What You'll get to Do:
CACI is seeking a solution focused Technical Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment to support our Navy customer in San Diego, CA. The Project Manager supports the Assistant Program Manager and Program Manager in management of resourcing, cost, schedule, and risk and mitigations for technical projects. The Project Manager will coordinate with all functional leads to include technical staff and will be able to brief both CACI and Government leadership on a project's status and associated deliverables. The Project Manager leads a scrum team(s) of Software Developers, DEVOPS, Integration, and Cyber Engineers to provide software/hardware systems solutions to Navy programs.
- Manage multiple agile/scrum development teams Scrum of Scrum SoS
- Lead innovative software solutions to solve Navy Multi-INT collections and distributed operations
- Work on an DEVSECOPS pipeline to deliver a CI/CD pipeline solution to the Navy
- Responsible for project performance to include delivery of documented project deliverables, labor resourcing, cost, schedule, and risks/mitigations
- Creates meeting agendas and tracks after action items to closure for meetings as required.
- Facilitates project communications and updates vendors, working groups, and all staff as appropriate.
- Prepares briefings on project status for both CACI and Government leadership.
- Collaborates effectively with team members across multiple organizations.
- Effectively documents and manages customer expectations in a fast-paced and fluid environment.
- Responsible for budget, schedule, and scope for a 40-person project team
- Responsible for agile scrum metric collection and reporting
More About the Role Fill in this section:
As the Project Manager you will support a Scrum of Scrums to provide program level metrics and schedule synchronization. The Project Manager will coordinate with all the government product owner and all product stakeholders to include technical staff and will be able to brief both CACI and Government leadership on a product's status and associated deliverables. The Project Manager leads multiple scrum teams consisting of DEVOPS, Integration, Tech Writers, and Cyber Engineers to provide software system integration support to the DCGS-N program.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or an additional 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Active Secret clearance, with ability to obtain an active DoD TS/SCI clearance.
- Experience in managing technical projects.
- Experience leading agile scrum teams
- Extensive knowledge with Microsoft Office / Project / Teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Current TS/SCI clearance
- Have experience building and architecting software systems
- Be a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Product Owner (PO)
- Have a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Experience working on DoD projects and programs in particular for the Navy
