Project Manager

Location: Hybrid remote with regular visits to Ft. Meade and InterImage, Inc. HQ in Arlington, VA

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, including milestones, tasks, and dependencies, utilizing tools like Microsoft Project and Office Professional.
• Risk Management: Plan, conduct, and document comprehensive risk management, providing a Risk Management Plan (RMP) and Risk Management Log (RML) to identify, assess, and prioritize risks. Mitigate high-risk factors to ensure project success.
• Government Liaison: Respond to Government requests for non-operational and administrative contract matters, ensuring compliance and efficient communication.
• Customer Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the Customer, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Resource Management: Review purchase orders and manage staff effectively, ensuring smooth project execution and resource utilization.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and adhere to quality processes such as CMMI-DEV ML3, ITIL v3, and ISO 2001:2012, ensuring project deliverables meet the highest standards.
• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication, both written and oral, fostering collaboration and transparency within the team and with stakeholders.
• Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the project.

Qualifications:

• 7 years of experience in project planning, execution monitoring, and control, with prior experience working with DISA.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Professional, and managing application maintenance and sustainment.
• Knowledgeable in managing staff and technologies such as Oracle Solaris, Oracle 11g, RHEL, Weblogic Server, and JavaEE.
• Demonstrated ability to understand system requirements, estimate software cost and schedule, and manage complex enterprise projects.
• PMP Certification and a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent.
• Secret clearance.
