Job Description
- Project management duties related to company initiatives, including client implementations, vendor management and enterprise policy lifecycle
 - Manage Triple Constraint (time, scope and budget) (through charter creation and maintenance)
 - Resource identification and coordination (RACI)
 - Matrix management & virtual team mgmt.
 - Plan creation and organization (project plan)
 - Identification of milestones deliverables and tasks (project plan)
 - Change management (change requests, governance)
 - Identification, analysis, tracking and mitigation of issues, risks and dependencies (IRAAD)
 - Maintain project level reporting, stakeholder management, communication plans (project status)
 - Maintain organized structure of project library PMO (SharePoint/Monday.com)
 - Ensure proper project closure, transition to steady state (lessons learned, policy & procedure development, communication releases, as example)
 
- 3+ years of experience leading technical projects.
 - AA or certificate in Project management (IT specialty preferred)
 - BBA or BS in Business administration, Mgmt. Information Systems or relevant domain.
 - Preferred: MS, MBA or PMP in Project Management or relevant domain (or in progress)
