Job Description
The YouVersion Content Project Manager is primarily responsible for managing projects and workflows for the YouVersion Content Team. This role will identify and manage all steps in content projects to achieve project goals while providing ongoing communication with key stakeholders.

What You'll Do
- Support YouVersion Content Team with new projects to support ongoing processes that require additional orchestration.
- Understand Content Team objectives and goals, act as a proxy, attend meetings, gather key takeaways, follow up on action items, and give feedback/make decisions when appropriate.
- From beginning to end, lead and manage key initiatives and strategic projects in the areas of content partnerships, content editorial, content review, and content management.
- Collaborate with other teams to gather data and create and share resources that achieve team goals and outcomes.
- Manage the expectations of stakeholders while providing regular updates on project milestones and timelines.
- Evaluate the project management process to make improvements in the future.
- Track and evaluate key metrics to ensure milestones and deliverables are being met.
- Manage automated Hubspot workflows to recognize partner milestones.
- Handle distribution of awards and plan celebrations for major partner contributions.
- Maintain and communicate progress on key team initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date dashboards to track team progress.
Skills Needed to Succeed
- Ability to self-motivate, make independent decisions, and solve problems with innovation.
- Effective at multi-tasking and time management to meet strict deadlines while remaining flexible and open to change.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to foster partnerships.
- Effective at process and organizational management to coordinate, structure, and provide clarity to projects.
- Strong technical proficiency leveraging tools like Hubspot workflows and other project management tools.
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
