In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Operations and will lead the commercialization process in partnership with the sales team. Your success is from close collaboration with all departments to bring our products to shelf.
Essential Job Functions
• Inspire the trust of the sales team through preparation of effective buyer meetings, successful sales appointments, and presentations. Holding team members accountable for action items and follow ups.
• Develop & deliver highly effective sales material and compelling narratives to spur brand growth
• Leverage Category research and store surveys to gain competitive advantage
• Be the subject matter expert for customer and item set up processes
• Have a deep understanding of our customers and their platforms to achieve exceptional customer service
• Manage all stakeholders (cross-department, Customer, Supplier) to achieve perfect execution
• Drive accountability in FSB timelines/checklists to successfully build and launch customer programs
• Deliver successful program launches from authorization, item set up, to delivery on shelf as reflected by accurate, timely execution, efficient use of time & resources, & compliance to customer standards
• Ensure a smooth hand-off of programs to Supply Chain
• Maintain customer pricing, specification updates, COI, insurance, and recall compliance for existing business
• Help expand usage/adoption of BI initiatives through proactive cross-functional training
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/education
• Entrepreneurial minded with a flexible, ‘can-do’ disposition. A belief that no task is beneath you.
• Be proactive and self-governing. Expertly manage details in an ever-changing landscape
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects to guarantee that all issues are allocated the required time to be handled in a professional manner
• Establish confidence and productivity that is demonstrated through a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
• Persuasive communication skills and the ability to influence
• Analytical skills with high proficiency in the Microsoft suite of tools
• Experience in ERP systems, CPG industry, Retail Link, or other customer portals a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
