Project Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-orientedProject Managerto join our semiconductor plant team in Chandler. This role focuses onnew product introduction (NPI)and execution, driving the development of cutting-edge semiconductor products from concept through production. Key Responsibilities: • Lead project teams to ensure successfulnew product developmentand program execution. • Manageproduct schedules, risk management, design, validation, and integration efforts. • Coordinate and overseedesign, qualification, testing, launch, and transitionto production operations. • Ensure thevoice of the customer (VOC)is captured in product design. • Track project progress, identify risks, and drive technical solutions. • Report progress and issues tosenior management. • Promote apositive company cultureand interdepartmental collaboration. • Develop timelines and coordinateman, material, and machine resources. • UtilizeAPQP, PPAP, and Microsoft Projectfor schedule management and reporting. Minimum Qualifications: • Proven experience in aProject Management role, preferably in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment. • Strong technical background and attention to detail. • Excellentcommunication and leadership skills. • Ability to adapt tochanging requirementswhile maintaining focus on quality. • Customer-focused with the ability to managecross-functional teams.
