Project Manager

We have an immediate opening for a full time Project Manager to join our team. Looking for someone with construction experience to project manage our construction projects and field crew. Someone with construction experience in related fields such as piping, plumbing, welding, fluids, process piping, and mechanical installation related work may be considered. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: 1. Manage mechanical cooling and refrigeration construction projects of various sizes from start to finish. 2. Manage and update construction schedule and manpower. 3. Work with Project Engineers to plan the start of new projects, such as what is required labor, materials, equipment, manpower, rentals and so forth. 4. Conduct progress and final Quality Assessment on projects at jobsites. 5. Visit job sites for ongoing projects to manage field progress. 6. Attend construction meetings with management. 7. Manage construction warranties, field redlines, and as-build plans 8. Safety (manage safety tailgates and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), onsite inspections, attending monthly safety meetings, and working with the Safety Department to keep construction safe). 9. Coordinate equipment delivery. 10. Assist in other tasks as assigned by management. Qualifications: · Proficient with MS Office and have good typing skills a must. · Able to manage multiple construction projects and meet project deadlines. · Have experience with construction. · Able to read construction plans (willing to teach right person). · Able to travel to construction jobsites. · Able to communicate clearly in verbal and written form. · Knowledge of MS Project and CAD software a plus.
