Opportunity Lambert Stoneworks is recruiting a project manager to join our team. As a project manager with Lambert Stoneworks, your role works with the design team during development, guides on-site supervision for our installers throughout the project while ensuring the highest level of quality. You will be managing contracts, making design changes and positively affecting the overall quality of the project. Being an effective communicator is essential. Candidates should also be forward-thinking, creative, organized and self-directed. We are seeking a leader with prior experience in architectural stonework with the ability to manage employees, interact with homeowners and work in a team environment while completing the project on time. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience managing projects, people and design. Candidates should have an understanding of architectural, structural, landscape, mechanical and electrical drawings. Lambert also leads the industry in stone cutting technology, having one of two, nine axis CNC slab cutting machines in North America. Our team and our machines allow us to create and install the most complex shapes imaginable. Requirements · Prior experience managing architectural stonework projects. · Excellent communication skills, this position is the main interaction point between Lambert Stoneworks and the general contractor, homeowner or ownership group. · Acquire and compile quotes for future bids. · The ability to read, interpret and understand all related project drawings; interpreting those drawings and developing a work plan for our fabricators, tile setters and installers. · Meet deadlines and participate in all project meetings, either on site or remotely, as requested by our customer. · Understand and develop a budget that can be met and also shared with our accounting team, ownership and customer.
