Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead and coordinate various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of project management methodologies and have experience in managing project lifecycles from initiation to completion. You will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations. Duties • Lead project teams in the development and implementation of project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. • Facilitate meetings to gather requirements, discuss progress, and resolve conflicts among team members. • Utilize various project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, Lean, and Six Sigma to optimize project outcomes. • Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement solutions effectively. • Manage project scope, schedule, and resources while maintaining quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. • Oversee program development and design activities to ensure alignment with business objectives. • Implement change management strategies to support organizational transitions effectively. • Utilize project management software such as Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, and Primavera P6 for tracking progress and reporting. • Engage in vendor management to ensure that external resources meet project requirements. • Apply earned value management techniques to assess project performance against planned objectives. Skills • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively. • Excellent communication skills for facilitating discussions with stakeholders at all levels. • Proficient in project portfolio management and budgeting practices. • Experience in process mapping, business process modeling, and requirements gathering. • Knowledge of PMBOK guidelines and best practices in risk management. • Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Redmine is advantageous. • Ability to perform data analysis for informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. • Strong organizational skills with a focus on time management and prioritization of tasks. • Experience in IT infrastructure projects is a plus along with technical writing capabilities.
