Project Manager

Position Overview A well-established construction company with a proven track record of delivering high-quality residential developments seeks an experienced Project Manager for major multifamily projects in Phoenix, Arizona. The company specializes in large-scale residential construction and has built a reputation for excellence in the multifamily sector throughout the Southwest region. The role involves managing a 200-unit Build-To-Rent development (Phase 1) and a 300-unit garden-style community (Phase 2), representing a significant investment in Phoenix's growing residential market. Key Responsibilities • Oversee all project phases from pre-construction through completion • Manage budgets, schedules, and cost controls • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams • Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control • Maintain compliance with building codes and safety regulations • Manage project documentation and reporting Required Qualifications • Multifamily construction experience required • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field • 7-10 years project management experience in multifamily construction • Proficiency in project management and scheduling software • Strong leadership and communication skills • PMP certification preferred Compensation & Benefits • Base salary up to$165,000 • Comprehensive benefits package • Performance-based incentives • Health, dental, and retirement benefits • Professional development opportunities Application Submit resume and cover letter highlighting multifamily construction experience.
