First Coast Contracting is a fast-growing residential construction company based in Jacksonville, FL. We specialize in residential construction and insurance restoration work, including fire, water, storm, and other damage-related rebuilds. We are seeking an experiencedProject Managerto lead both new construction and restoration projects with efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee full-cycle project management for residential and insurance restoration jobs
• Develop and maintain project scopes, budgets, and timelines
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, estimators, adjusters, and clients
• Ensure insurance-approved scopes of work are followed accurately
• Conduct jobsite inspections to ensure progress, quality, and safety compliance
• Manage change orders, material procurement, job cost tracking, and documentation
• Communicate proactively with homeowners, insurance representatives, and team members
• Review and interpret architectural plans, construction drawings, and insurance scopes
• Handle inspections, permitting, and code compliance requirements
• Resolve project issues promptly and maintain schedule accountability
Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of project management experience in residential or insurance restoration construction
• Strong knowledge of reconstruction processes following fire, water, or storm damage
• Ability to interpret Xactimate or other insurance scopes of work
• Skilled in managing multiple projects and maintaining deadlines
• Proficient in reading plans, permits, and technical documents
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
• Comfortable using smartphones, project management software, and digital documentation tools
• Familiar with contract administration and insurance carrier guidelines
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
